Dear Jeff. I would like to thank you very sincerely for a beautiful service honouring my father. I was so pleased to see a familiar face when we arrived, it made me confident that all would go well, and being the first speaker I needed that confidence. I know your company had three large funerals on the day so that must have been a very busy and stressful day for you and the other staff members of Hasting District Funeral Service. Yet you were all calm, polite and professional. I would like to say well done to the whole team. Once again, our grateful thanks to all involved.
